All closeoutPet.com merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will take care of you. Items that were sold that are expired are not returnable. We list the Expiration dates on our site so you know what the expiration date is the day of purchase.

Refund process

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
